GOD Will Remember HIS Children
Here’s what that means and why it’s important to us.
Revelation 19:6-9
“And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the LORD GOD omnipotent reigneth. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to HIM: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of GOD.”

I believe Song of Solomon 4:11-16 is a prophesy of Jesus Christ and His church.
Song of Solomon 4:11-16
“Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb: honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon. A garden inclosed is my sister, my spouse; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed. Thy plants are an orchard of pomegranates, with pleasant fruits; camphire, with spikenard, Spikenard and saffron; calamus and cinnamon, with all trees of frankincense; myrrh and aloes, with all the chief spices: A fountain of gardens, a well of living waters, and streams from Lebanon. Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south; blow upon my garden, that the spices thereof may flow out. Let my beloved come into his garden, and eat his pleasant fruits.”

These garments symbolize the clothes of righteousness which is walking in obedience and covenant keeping with GOD the FATHER and the Lord Jesus Christ. We are compared to good plants and trees. The spices are good smells (savour) that GOD smells which is all righteousness and our fruits of HIS Spirit working in us to do all HIS good pleasure (keeping HIS laws and precepts with loving sincerity).

The Planting of the LORD
Isaiah 61:1-4
“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that HE might be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.”
CHIEF SPICES
2Corinthians 2:14-15
“Now thanks be unto GOD, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of HIS knowledge by us in every place. For we are unto GOD a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish”
Ezekiel 20:41
“I will accept you with your sweet savour, when I bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the countries wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you before the heathen.”

Ezekiel 20:41 has not happened yet. All spiritual Israel will be saved (Romans 11:26) and all GOD’s children will be gathered from all the nations where GOD has scattered them. Since the resurrection of Christ, there is now only one flock, one Body of Christ, one tree with only one root (Christ) and one spiritual nation of Israel joined into one Spirit by the blood of Jesus Christ (1Corinthians 12:13).

Under the Old Covenant, this sweet savour was a physical sacrifice symbolizing a spiritual sacrifice/offering. GOD accepted these people and their offering which means they were justified and forgiven of their past sins and made righteous. They brought an acceptable offering in a clean vessel (an obedient sincere mind). GOD didn’t always accept people’s offerings if they didn’t bring it appropriately under the instructions of HIS covenant. Cain is an example and so is Amos 5:21-22.
Amos 5:21-22
“I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.”
Although we don’t offer those physical sacrifices anymore under the New Covenant, we certainly offer the spiritual offerings that they symbolized.
1Peter 2:5 “Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to GOD by Jesus Christ.”
Hebrews 13:15-16 “By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to GOD continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to HIS name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices GOD is well pleased.”
Philippians 4:17-18 “Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.”
Philippians 2:15-18
“That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all. For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.”

“And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”
Revelation 8:3-5
“And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before GOD out of the angel’s hand. And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.”
Matthew 24:29-31
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”
Today after reading these scriptures and in particular Revelation 8:3-5 I’m wondering if part of the fulfillment of the Body of Christ making themselves ready is not only being obedient covenant keeping children of GOD but also praying for this gathering together of all spiritual Israel; praying the prayer of King David from Psalms 18:1-27 and Luke 1:71-75. May HE hear our cry as it is written in Psalms 18:1-27 and do the same.

“Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them. HE spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night. Remember us FATHER GOD and our precious Lord Jesus Christ and gather together your children from the four corners of the earth. Remember your servant Abraham LORD and remember YOUR holy covenant of salvation and all your promises. Thank you LORD for it is written and we know you will perform it. Make us ready LORD and come quickly, thank you. Amen.
